Anita: The best thing to do would be to talk to your surgeon as to why this is happening. Without knowing your details (beginning weight, procedure details, etc) it is impossible to say for sure if there is anything going wrong. OF course, you should not even think of giving up! I was oprated on 6 weeks ago for sleeve gastrectomy, I have lost 5 kg weight in first 2 weeks, and it’s been 4 weeks now since i did not loose any weight or inches. I dont know what else to do any more about my weight.I am doing exercise [4 TIMES A WEEK WITH TRAINER ].and follwing my diet chart
Could you please help my ,i dont want to give up.

Your nephew does appear to be a candidate who can benefit from bariatric surgery. Dear Dr. My nephew is of 18years, height 68inch, weight 115Kg. He is not very keen to excercises and fond of computer. He has a history of respiratory/asthamatic problems occasionaly. What should be the best possible way to get him healthy and fit. How much time will be required for him to be fit and healthy after undergoing the best procedure you reccommend. I am interested in knowing the cost of your different procedures. I would consider coming to you as you sound VERY skilled, knowledgeable and thorough.
I am a 46 year old woman.. that had Hashimotos Thyroidisits, subsequently I had a total thyroidectomy and it was cancerous. I have struggled with my weight since this journey began. My endocrinologist has suggested I consider gastric bypass as to prevent future comorbidities as the synthetic throid hormone does not allow me to control my weight as well.
I am 5-4 and weigh 200-215 pounds… depending upon the day. I remember when I was 125 and felt healthy and vital. Now I just feel tired and hurt all the time as the weight is so much to carry.
Please advise.

Hello Sir

I am 24 years old.I am suffering from multiple stones in gall bladder but I don’t have any pain.Is it possible to treat this by single incision/scar less surgery?
