However, the issues you have raised need to be addressed scientifically. Nobody in this world wants to have surgery unless it is mandatory. Unfortunately, pills do not work for all diseases and conditions including morbid obesity. Bariatric surgery till date is the only proven method of fat loss in the morbid obese. Like any other surgery it has its risks. At your age, it is pretty low. You will have to come and visit us once to discuss these issues. Now a days I have started again but this time the weight lost is not that prominent as it was 3-4 years back. I did booked appointment but never actually turned up because of family pressure.
